Planning life during the war

Today, on May 20, the office of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly (Assembly) hosted a regular meeting of representatives of the Assembly and the International Union of NGOs “Territory without Corruption” (TWC) to discuss the organizations’ plans for June. Among the participants were the Heads of organizations and Heads of Ukrainian Coordination Centers.

The participants focused on key areas of work aimed at strengthening anti-corruption activities.

One of the central issues on the agenda was planning business trips to the coordination centers across Ukraine, starting with Zhytomyr region. Particular attention was focused on the issue of complaints received from employers about the work of the State Labor Service of Ukraine (SLSU), which hinders business development during the war.

The participants discussed possible ways to respond to such complaints and emphasized the importance of transparency and impartiality in the work of the SLSU.

As part of the planned activities for June, the Head of the international organization, Vyacheslav Sayenko, is also planning a second meeting with the head of the Central-Western Interregional Department of the State Labor Service.

To summarize, the meeting demonstrated an active stance on anti-corruption and protection of employers’ rights during the war.

The Assembly continues to work actively to create a transparent and fair society where the rights of every citizen are protected.
