Ukraine Reconstruction Summit in Washington: “Territory Without Corruption” as a Vector for Future Recovery

On September 13-14, 2025, in Washington (District of Columbia, USA), a landmark Ukraine Reconstruction Summit (URS) took place, bringing together key players from the public and private sectors from the USA, Poland, and Ukraine. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing martial law in Ukraine, Vyacheslav Saenko, author of the “Territory Without Corruption” project, could not personally present it at the Summit. Despite having all the necessary official documents, he was not granted the right to leave the country.

Despite the difficulties that arose, the team of NGO “International Anti-Corruption Assembly” did not give up. Kristina Saenko, showing exceptional dedication and determination, went to the Summit to worthily represent the organization. As Kristina Saenko herself emphasized, “many countries became interested in our project,” which testifies to the high level of trust and readiness for cooperation.
