Mr. Vyacheslav Sayenko

Chairman

Born on February 26, 1974, in the Primorsky Krai, Smolyaninovo village, in the family of a military servant.

Since 1993, has worked in various positions at enterprises and organizations in city of Odesa.

Since 2007, a public activist and human rights activist with the NGO «Committee for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption». In the same organization, in February 2014, was elected to the post of First Deputy Chairman of the Board, and was responsible for building the organization’s structure.

In September 2015, founded the NGO «International Anti-Corruption Assembly».

Since September 2015, and to date, is the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the «International Anti-Corruption Assembly».

In October 2015, was elected Honorary President of the CO «International Charitable Help Corporation».

Education.

In 1991, graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial College. In 1993, due to the refusal to swear to the Russian Federation, and returned to Ukraine.

From 2004 to 2009, studied and graduated with honors from the Odesa European University, specializing the Organization and Management of Enterprise.

From 2017 to 2019, studied and graduated from the Pylyp Orlyk International University with a Master’s degree in Law.

From 2021 to the present day, hold the position of Rector of the Private Higher Education Institution «International Anti-Corruption University» and engage in research work on the creation of a «Territory without Corruption».

Roberto Pulina

Was born on May 7, 1971 in Magenta, province of Milan, Italy, the son of an officer of the financial police (department on combating mafia).

Work Experience

Until 2001 – an employee of the municipal police department Carabinieri, Rome.
From 2001 till 2009 – a specialist of UniCredit Bank in Milan.
From 2010 to the present – a specialist in protection against financial fraud (banking) in the realty company.
Interaction with the financial police in the area of monitoring banking depreciation.
Since November 2015 – a member of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly. He was elected to the post of the Head of Representative office in Italy.

Roman Romanski

Deputy Head of Representative office in Italy

Was born on July 31, 1978 in city Novovolynsk Volyn region.
Since March 2000 he worked as an entrepreneur (production and trade).
Since 2002 lived and worked abroad having opened his own firm in construction area.
In 2010 founded the Association of Ukrainian workers in Italy taking the post of administrator.
Since 2014 was a public figure, a member of human rights organization “Committee for combating organized crime and corruption”.
Was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Volyn region.
In June 2015 entered the Ukrainian rescue service «Police 911″, in which served as an adviser.
In November 2015 became a member of the NGO “International anti-corruption Assembly”.
Elected on the position of Deputy Head of Representative office in Italy.

Was born on May 30, 1969 in city Gorskoe Luhansk region in the family of a miner.

From 1986 to 1996, starting as a corrector became a chief editor of city, trade unions, and independent publications in city Pervomaysk of the Lugansk region. А member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR and Ukraine.

From 1996 to 1999 – Deputy Director for Economics, the deputy commercial director of the state holding company “Pervomayskugol.”

Since November 2015 a member of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly, elected to the post of the Head of Office in Kyivska oblast.

In 1978 graduated from the Kiev State University of Taras Shevchenko, Faculty of Cybernetics.
In 1983 entered the post graduated course of the Kiev State University of Taras Shevchenko, the Department of Cybernetics.
In 1987 he defended his thesis in the field of cybernetics.
