
The next stage of collaboration with European partners (Vatican)

In the center of the capital of Ukraine, on Independence Square, a confidential working meeting was held between Vyacheslav Sayenko – Secretary General of the Central Committee of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly and Sir Prof. Dr. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli – President of The Institute for Advance Studies & Cooperation, whose first meeting took place on November 26, 2024 at the World Changers Ethical & Innovation Summit, which was held at the Pontifical Lateran University (Vatican City, Roma RM, Italy).
The basic themes at the meeting were:
– Strategic Alliance of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC), the Italian League for Human Rights (LIDU) and the International Anti-Corruption Assembly (IACA) to strengthen anti-corruption initiatives and human rights protection in Ukraine.
– Coordinating anti-corruption strategies and promoting transparency.
– Supporting, developing and expanding the International Anti-Corruption University in Ukraine, whose mission is to train a new generation of public officials – good leaders – and equip them with modern methods of corruption prevention.
– Expanding the «Territory without Corruption» platform, which aims to develop corruption-free communities.
World Changers Ethical & Innovation Summit – a global initiative brings together leaders from government, business, academia and civil society to address the world’s most critical issues through unity and common purpose.
Sir Prof Dr. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli is a distinguished academic and humanitarian leader, philanthropist entrepreneur and investor with a multidisciplinary and impactful career, President of the Institute for Advance Studies and Cooperation, an international humanitarian foundation (promotes research and cooperation among governments, institutions, and universities), A medical doctor, founder of «Evolutionary Biohacking» (a pioneering initiative that merges technology, artificial intelligence, and the science of nutrition with regenerative medicine), founder and director of the World Changers Summit (a collaborative relationship of enlightened minds that convenes at the Pontifical Academy of Science in Vatican City and around the world), Ambassador of the Red Cross of Northern Macedonia, is associated with various prestigious institutions, including «Anania Shirakatsi» University of International Relations, the Consorzio Universitario Humanitas, and the Catholic University of New Spain in Miami, USA, Academician of social sciences at IASS in Florida, USA, and a fellow of the American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science.
This meeting underscores the importance of cooperation between Italian and Ukrainian institutions. It shows that addressing issues of anti-corruption activities, issues of protecting human rights and dignity under the rule of law, as well as demonstrating transparency and accountability, even in difficult conditions when Ukraine is defending its independence, can be a priority.
At the end of the meeting, further plans for cooperation and the preparation of a partnership agreement on the «Territory without Corruption» were discussed.
