International Anti-Corruption Assembly

10-YEAR IMPACT REPORT

2015 — 2025
A Decade of Independent, Volunteer-Based Anti-Corruption Work

ORGANIZATIONAL INDEPENDENCE — A CORE PRINCIPLE

The International Anti-Corruption Assembly was founded on a principle that remains unchanged after ten years: complete financial and organizational independence. IACA operates exclusively on a voluntary basis. All members, representatives, and leaders — including the Secretary General — contribute their time, expertise, and resources on a pro bono basis. No salaries are paid. No profits are distributed. No external funding has ever been accepted that could compromise the organization’s impartiality.

This independence is not a limitation — it is IACA’s greatest strength. An anti-corruption organization that is financially dependent on external funders cannot be truly independent. IACA’s ten-year record of zero commercial revenue and zero profit distribution is the clearest possible demonstration of institutional integrity.

LEGAL FOUNDATION: UNCAC ARTICLE 13 — SINCE 2015

All of the above was accomplished in full compliance with the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC), Article 13, which has been explicitly referenced in every IACA membership credential since the organization’s founding in 2015. This legal anchor — embedded from day one — ensures that IACA’s work is not only impactful but internationally grounded.

CONCLUSION

Ten years of work. Zero commercial revenue. Zero profit distribution. Zero compromise on independence.

What IACA has built — 6 affiliated organizations, 15-country presence, 500+ tonnes of humanitarian aid, thousands of legal interventions, an anti-corruption university, international forum leadership, and Vatican and Washington summit representation — was built entirely through the voluntary commitment of its members.

This is the most reliable proof of an organization’s genuine mission: not what it says it will do, but what it has done with nothing but conviction, expertise, and integrity.
