Territory Without Corruption is not a slogan. It is a way of living. It is a personal choice made by every person who decides to no longer participate in corrupt practices — neither as the one who gives, nor as the one who takes.
It is from this decision — one single decision by one single person — that the change of the world begins.
HOW IT WORKS — THE CHAIN OF INTEGRITY
🏠 Step 1 — Myself
I make the decision to live within the law. I don’t give bribes. I don’t take them. This is my personal position — regardless of what others do.
👨👩👧👦 Step 2 — My Family
I raise my children and loved ones by the same principles. I explain why integrity is not weakness but strength. Corruption begins at home — and that is where it ends.
🏘️ Step 3 — My Neighbour
If my neighbour sees my way of living and finds it meaningful — I help them. I don’t impose. I simply show by example. A genuine example convinces better than any words.
🏙️ Step 4 — My City
From neighbour to street. From street to city. People who live by integrity naturally come together. They elect honest leaders. They demand transparency.
🌍 Step 5 — Planet Earth
This is not a utopia. It is mathematics. When enough people make the decision to live differently — the system changes. Not through revolution. Through evolution.
WHY IACA IS DIFFERENT
Every country has anti-corruption bodies. Police. Prosecutors. Courts. They fight corruption from above — through punishment, investigations, verdicts.
IACA does not compete with these bodies. We do what they cannot:
- Change culture — not just laws
- Raise generations for whom integrity is natural — not forced
- Build environments where corruption becomes socially unacceptable — not merely legally prohibited
- Start with each individual person — not with the top of the pyramid
Governments fight corruption from above. IACA grows integrity from within. Both approaches are necessary. Neither can replace the other.

THIS PHILOSOPHY IN UN LANGUAGE
For the UN Committee, this idea is expressed as follows:
“The ‘Territory Without Corruption’ doctrine begins with the simplest possible premise: start with yourself. Learn to live within the law — don’t give bribes, and no one will be able to take them. Raise your family by the same principles. Share this philosophy with your neighbour if they are interested. And so the Territory Without Corruption grows — from one home, to one street, to one city, to one country, to planet Earth.
This is not a programme. It is a philosophy of personal responsibility that scales infinitely — because it requires no external enforcement, no funding, no authority. It requires only a decision.
This is why IACA’s approach is fundamentally different from any government anti-corruption body: we do not fight corruption from above. We grow integrity from within.”
